Date night, part one: As promised, I'll tell you all about my hot date on Friday night--trust me, she was a woman after my own heart. Anton set us up, and I must say he has amazing taste in women. Not such good taste in restaurants though...lobster and pasta is not my speed. Let's be honest--a lobster is just a giant cockroach, and who would eat a cockroach. Their brains are so small.... Fortunately, she was not impressed with the options either, so we headed back to my place for something more satisfying, if you know what I mean.
After dinner, we went to the movies--I have never been to a theater without either Anton or the crew from the documentary, but I think we did okay. She was a bit full, but I wanted to sample some popcorn...Anton says I need to explore some non-protein options for dining, and anything beats carrots. I didn't have extra money (come on--I'm a starving artist), so I offered to work the counter in exchange for some free snacks. It didn't go too well--for the theater, that is. Nobody came to my line, and quickly the lobby cleared. Thankfully, I was still able to get my munch on. Not too bad considering no people or animals were harmed!
We saw Men in Black III--funny, but who believes this stuff? Like there are really aliens running about. Totally unbelievable.

Appalling Publicist
So apparently I have a publicist. Whatever that means. I'm pretty sure she is more interested in promoting this documentary than my art, but she insists that one will lead to the other. Hopefully it leads that way soon, or I'm going after her cats. At any rate, she insists that I blog more often--I thought she was supposed to be working for me.
Anton, on the other hand, is doing a fabulous job. We may actually be looking at my big break--okay, my second big break. I don't need to remind those of you who've seen the Zombie Bohemia how the first gallery event turned out. Anyway, now that Anton's back from his, let's say, "vacation," he has set up a meeting for me this Saturday, where I can actually sell some of my art.
I suppose I'm also looking forward to Friday night--in an effort to make me more "universally appealing instead of universally appalling" (which by the way is a direct quote from my publicist) I am going to start engaging in more "socially acceptable" activities, like dating. Anton has set me up with "the perfect date," and we are headed to the movies Friday night. Stay tuned for an update on the date, the art, and the fate of the cats.

Today's visit to the Blood Bank
So I went down to the blood bank today to open an account. Just trust me on this one, don't go in looking to buy, they aren't selling. That made me ask myself, what kind of a bank is that? Deposits without a withdrawal? Seriously weird.
Anyway I have heard from those guys doing the documentary stuff about me. They say they have big news. Thats all I know so far. Its strange having cameras following me around but is does get my artwork out there. Speaking of that, is anybody interested in buying one of my works?
Maybe later this afternoon I will head on down to the park to find some new friends. You never know, maybe this time people wont scream and run.

Back in Brooklyn
Have you ever tried hitchhiking from Chicago to Brooklyn? Well let me tell you it isn't fun. At least I am home sweet home in New York. I heard from Vince today that a lot of folks attending Blood on the Beach in VA Beach were looking for me. Sadly I was unable to make it due to my travel adventure however I am touched that folks were looking to meet me.
In other news I have been hearing whispers that the Zombie Bohemia guys are looking to expand their project and keep shooting with me this summer. That is all of the info that I can give on that. I'm sure that it will be a blast coming back for round two.
My art, huh, well I need to spend more time working on creating. All these Hollywood gigs are fun and all but I can't forget why I'm here in the first place. So I'm off to the medical waste dump in search of supplies and perhaps a snack.

Trying to Make My Way Home
As I've mentioned before, the art world bites. I've done everything I have been asked to do. I went to Chicago, and getting there was a major pain. Some folks called TSA patted me down and investigated places that don't see the light of day, and then they made me throw away a perfectly good brain--something about it qualifying as a "gel," whatever that means.
Finally I arrived in Chicago, and I had a great time thanks to our friends at Chicago Fear Fest, Horror Society, Zombie Army Productions, Fear.net, Muvico and everyone else involved. BUT, there were some serious issues--I met up with Vince (who has been working on that documentary about me), and Brecka (does PR for the documentary), and they took me to several meals that were horrible. Not quite as bad as carrots, but no brains, and no raw meat. The mac and cheese was okay after I dumped the beef from the nachos in, but most of what they offered was a sorry excuse for food.
Now, after a long weekend, I was just trying to make my way home when again I had airline trouble--so it's the Greyhound bus for this zombie. This may cause a delay in the posting of pics and videos from the weekend, but they will be well worth if when you see them--we had an interesting trip to happy hour at our hotel, you'll see me trying out that mac and cheese, and you will see all of my interactions with the fine ladies of the Midwest--and believe me, I have some juicy stories for you.
In the meantime, check out my music video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mat8zSfWU_0&feature=context&context=C4823c67ADvjVQa1PpcFN37uFcm2ChAGbhbCg2hzKtNZCbfHSc_BQ=. Not looking to go into music, just trying to diversify my portfolio. And wish me will--some of these cross country bus riders are animals.

Unfortunate Misunderstanding
Everything is going great here at the fabulous Chicago Fear Fest! I did have an unfortunate misunderstanding with some local police officers, but they swear there was no zombie profiling involved. Stay tuned for pictures of my near arrest and others from this weekend.
Welcome to my blog
Welcome to my blog. Although I am still struggling to get my art piece into major galleries, it seems that the documentary that was filmed about me has become quite popular. After we screened in DJ, Anton asked me to get a blog. I didn't feel like it. Now that we are screening in the Chicago Fear Fest, Anton threatened to make me sleep in the basement and force me to eat carrots if I did not get this up and running. So here you go--you asked for it. Fine. But please come see--I will be around all day meeting potential art dealers at the Chicago Fear Fest at Muvico in Rosemont. If you've already met me, feel free to comment on your experience. Finally, and Anton and I both would like to eat you, I mean meet you at our screening today at 4:00. Anton says to tell you it will change your life. And if you don't know who Anton is, you will find out today at 4:00. To learn more about Fear Fest, click here.
